• Royer Segura has joined Siari Riviera Nayarit, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve as Director of Sales and Marketing. He will be responsible for directing the resort's global sales, marketing, and commercial relationship strategies.
• Laurie Frank has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach. She will oversee the resort’s group, leisure, and overall commercial strategy as the property continues to strengthen its positioning within the market.
• Dan Cockerell has been appointed as President of Operations at Boyne Resorts. He brings nearly three decades of operational leadership experience in large-scale hospitality and education enterprises.
• Gonzalo Güelman Ros has been appointed as General Manager at Fairmont Mayakoba. He will play an instrumental role in guiding the seaside haven’s continued evolution, with a focus on thoughtful service and elevated programming.

• Robert Fritz has been appointed as Executive Chairman at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He will continue to lead the board and work closely with Four Seasons President and Chief Executive Officer Alejandro Reynal and the company's executive leadership team.

• Traci Day has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection. She will oversee all sales and marketing efforts for the resort, with a focus on elevating brand positioning and maximizing group and leisure business.
•  Dominic Dragisich has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Choice Hotels International, Inc. Under his leadership, Choice Hotels expanded its portfolio from 11 to 22 brands.
• Rachel Lenzner has been promoted to Hospitality Business Development Manager, Americas at Matrix Fitness. She will oversee hospitality growth strategy in partnership with Matrix Fitness subsidiaries across the region. 
• The Landings Resort and Spa, St. Lucia appoints Lindon Lovell as Managing Director. He will oversee all aspects of resort operations, with a sharp focus on driving excellence  from service culture to commercial performance—while advancing The  Landings’ luxury positioning.
• Stephane Mercier has been appointed as General Manager at Pendry Tampa. He brings more than 35 years of global hospitality experience, with a distinguished career spanning Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean.
• Vannesa Bordoy has been appointed as Executive Chef at Dolly Parton's Songteller Hotel. She will lead all culinary programming for the iconic hotel, bringing a dynamic and inclusive approach to menu design, guest experience and team development. 
• Heinrich von Puschendorf named General Manager at The Harborvale, Autograph Collection. He brings more than 25 years of luxury hospitality experience, von Puschendorf has built a distinguished career leading renowned hotels and resorts across the United States.
• Dawn Clark has been appointed as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Teneo Hospitality Group. She will lead all aspects of the company’s brand, marketing, content and communications strategy.
• Christopher Eastmond has been appointed as General Manager at Hodges Bay Resort & Spa. He will focus on elevating the guest experience, strengthening team culture, and guiding the resort’s continued evolution as one of Antigua’s leading luxury destinations.  
• Jonathan Rivard has been appointed as Executive Chef at The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa. He will and oversee operations of its distinct dining venues, including the AAA Four Diamond Beach House, Tortuga Beach Grill & Bar, and Ferdinand's.
• Scott Eddy has been appointed as Director of Hospitality Storytelling and Brand Strategy at GAIN - Growth Advisors International Network. He has worked with leading hotel groups, tourism boards, cruise lines, and destination brands across more than 86 countries.
• Verousce McKibbin has been appointed as Executive Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. She will oversee all pastry operations for the resort, including its five dining outlets, most notably the award-winning Salt restaurant, along with Club Level offerings, and weddings.  
• Richard Evanich has been appointed as General Manager at Cavallo Point Lodge. He will oversee all hotel operations, focusing on his core business philosophy of driving employee engagement to ensure long-term success.
• Sebastian Gurevich named General Manager at Alila Ventana Big Sur. He will oversee all operations at Alila Ventana Big Sur, one of Hyatt’s most celebrated luxury resorts and a globally recognized experiential destination.  
• Rolland Vaughn has been appointed as Golf General Manager at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. He brings a wealth of leadership experience in golf operations across premier resort, private club, and Troon-managed properties.

• Hon. Najib Balala has been appointed as Executive Vice-President for Advocacy, Government Affairs and Research at World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC). He will lead WTTC’s global advocacy agenda, government engagement and policy research.
• Pat Monneron has been appointed as General Sales Agent (GSA) at Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR). He brings more than 30 years of experience spanning global travel distribution, corporate account management, leisure and MICE development.
• Raquel Pirola has been appointed as Commercial Director at The Savoy. She will oversee the hotel’s commercial function, including sales, marketing, revenue management and brand positioning.
• Cleavon Tan named Senior Vice President, Hotels & Hospitality Group, Hong Kong at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group. He will focus on providing strategic advisory services to Hong Kong’s diverse hotels sector, growing and strengthening JLL's platform in Hong Kong.
• Reto Moser has been appointed as General Manager at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel. He brings more than two decades of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Michael Stott has been appointed as Head of Commercial at Kew Green Hotels. The appointment will deepen the level of hotel expertise at the group as it works with investors to deliver high-performing properties.
• Simon Bullough has been promoted to Development Director at Kew Green Hotels. He has previously held development roles with Louvre Hotels Group, Choice Hotels Europe, and Compass Hospitality.
• Barbara Göttling has been appointed as General Manager at Mandarin Oriental, Munich. She will lead the continued strategic evolution of Mandarin Oriental, Munich, further reinforcing its position as one of Europe's leading luxury hotels.
• Annie Korsmo joined HSMAI Region Europe as Chair of the Sales Advisory Board. She will focus on the evolving commercial landscape within hospitality and support knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and professional development across Europe.
• Gary Torres has been appointed as Vice President of Platform Strategy at HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts. He will focus on strengthening its core platform capabilities to seamlessly connect, support and scale its global partner ecosystem in a secure, resilient and future‑ready way.
• Heather Moses has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at RateGain Technologies Limited. She will lead RateGain's global marketing function, driving category leadership, brand growth, and GTM strategy.

• Shyam Nair has been promoted to Multi-Property Human Resources Director at Kochi Marriott Hotel. He has spearheaded several green practices, including waste reduction programs and community engagement initiatives focused on environmental awareness.
• Faraaz Tanveer has been appointed as Director of Spa and Wellness at Patina Maldives, Fari Islands. He brings a strong track record across leading global brands including AMAN, Four Seasons, ila Spa, Minor Hotels, and Landmark Group 
• Pauline Chua has been appointed as Group General Manager at Iconic Worldwide Berhad. She will oversee operations across three properties: Iconic Marjorie Penang, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Iconic Regency Service Residences and Iconic Hotel Penang.
