THE AMERICAS

 

Christian Clerc takes over from Chris Hart as President, Hotel Operations – Americas, at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The Lausanne graduate has been with the company since 2000, most recently in Dubai as President, Hotel Operations, EMEA.

John Cottrill has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Loews Hotels & Resorts. Since 2012 he had served the company as Executive Vice President of Operations.

The Dorchester Collection has appointed Emanuela Setterberg General Manager of Hotel Bel-Air. She was most recently serving as Managing Director of the Rosewood Castiglion Del Bosco.

Jose Torres has been named General Manager at Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort, Costa Rica. He was most recently at the JW Marriott Panama Golf & Beach Resort and is the former General Manager at the San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel.

Anthony Duggan has been named General Manager at Amangiri. He was most recently the Hotel Manager at the St. Regis San Francisco and the former Director of Operations of the Fairmont Kea Lani Maui.

Ignacio Mendoza has been appointed Managing Director at the Grand Velas Los Cabos, slated to open later this year. He was most recently serving as Managing Director of the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit.

Luz del Carmen Ruiz Rodriguez takes over for Ignacio Mendoza as Managing Director of the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit. She had previously served in various roles with Grupo Rio Quente, the VillaGroup, Avalon Resorts, Hoteles Presidente, and Paraiso de la Bonita.

Dant Hirsch has been appointed Regional General Manager at COMO Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos. He was most recently the General Manager at the Faena Hotel Miami, following a stint as Hotel Manager at the St. Regis Bal Harbor.

Robert LaCasse has been appointed General Manager at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa. Most recently, LaCasse served as General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Resort Newport in Rhode Island and is a former Regional Director of Operations for Interstate Hotels & Resorts.

John Sullivan has been promoted to General Manager at the Edition Miami/Fort Lauderdale. He was most recently serving the resort as Hotel Manager.

Alicia Luke has been named General Manager of the Hotel Shocard. Luke was most recently the General Manager at the Hotel 41 in Times Square.

Edward DiLuca has been appointed General Manager at Melia’s ME Cabo. He is the former General Manager of the Resort Mundo Imperial in Acapulco.

Ralph Scatena has been appointed General Manager at the Orlando World Center Marriott. He was previously at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert as General Manager.

Troy Pade has joined the Standard Lower East Side as General Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Surrey. Pade is the former General Manager at the Hotel Cassa and the Hotel Shangri La Santa Monica.

John Santaniello has joined the Omni Hotel Mount Washington as Managing Director. He was most recently in the same position at Bretton Woods and is the former General Manager for the Ritz-Carlton Vail.

Juan Pineyro has returned to the W Hotel Santiago to take on the new role of General Manager. He had previously been with the hotel as Director of Operations before moving into his most recent role as General Manager for the Westin Santa Fe.

Jason Waterlow has been promoted at The Inn At Little Washington to Managing Director, taking over from Thomas List. Waterlow was most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage. He is also a former Director of Food and Beverage from San Ysidro Ranch.

Florencia Gariboldi has moved to the SLS Brickell as General Manager. She was most recently overseeing the SLS South Beach as General Manager and is the former Hotel Manager of the Redbury South Beach.

Scott Gambone has moved as Hotel Manager to the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. He was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale as Director of Operations. Gambone is the former Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation.

Oliver Malik has been named Hotel Manager for Nobu Miami Beach. He is the former Resident Manager of the Miami Beach EDITION.

Marco Bustamante has returned to Cabo San Lucas to join Auberge Resorts as Hotel Manager at VieVage Los Cabos. He had previously served as Director of Food and Beverage at the Capella Pedregal before taking on his most recent role as General Manager at the Capella Washington, D.C. now a Rosewood Hotel.

Abby Murtagh has been promoted to Resident Manager at the Waldorf=Astoria New York. The Cornell graduate was most recently serving as Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage, a position she also previously held at the New York Palace.

Cristiano Buono has been named Director of Operations at the EDITION New York. He is the former Director of Operations at the Ritz-Carlton Aspen.

Ian Moro has moved as Director of Hotel Operations to the Marriott New Orleans Downtown Convention Center. He was most recently overseeing food and beverage at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans.

Meghan Earnshaw has joined the Fairmont Pittsburgh as Director of Operations. She was most recently at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park as Director of Rooms.

Matthew Brenner has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Loews Hotels & Resorts in New York, taking over from Vince Dunleavy who has retired. He has been with the company since 2014, most recently as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller.

Stephen Miano has been named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Sonesta International Hotels. He was previously in the same position with Commune Hotels + Resorts. Miano was previously the Vice President Finance for Rosewood Hotels.

William Block has been appointed Director of Finance at the InterContinental San Francisco. He has been with IHG for more than 40 years, most recently as Controller for the Crowne Plaza Los Angeles Airport.

James Cole has been named Director of Asset Management for Ohana Real Estate Investors. He is the former Hotel Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay and Director of Food and Beverage for the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota.

Nicolas Kurban has been named Chief Operating Officer of the Innovative Dining Group. He relocates from Singapore and his role as Vice President Food and Beverage, Asia Pacific, for Four Seasons. From 2007 to 2012, Kurban had been the Vice President Food, Beverage and Retail at the Borgata in Atlantic City.

John Kolaski has been promoted within sbe to President for the Disruptive Restaurant Group. He had previously served sbe as President of Restaurants and Chief Operating Officer, Restaurants.

Rikin Lakhani has been named President at the Marcus Samuelsson Group. He was most recently the Vice President Operations at the Barteca Restaurant Group. Lakhani is the former Director of Operations, West Coast, for the Darden Restaurant Group.

Haytham Said has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Atlanta.  He joined the hotel in 2015 as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage after serving in the same post for the Four Seasons Baltimore.

John Johnstone has been appointed Vice President of Food and Beverage at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. Johnstone was most recently the Director of Club Operations at the Augusta National Golf Club.

Jeff Gillis has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Bardessono Hotel & Spa in Yountville. He was most recently the Director of Restaurant Operations at the Doubletree Hotel Maya in Long Beach.

Florence Zwicky has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences at The Surf Club. The Lausanne graduate has been with the company since 2003 most recently serving as Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.

Pete Alles has joined the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently the Director, Event Coordination, at Party Planners West and the former Director of Food and Beverage at the Garland.

Michael Hammes has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. He was most recently in the same post at the Woodlands Resort & Conference Center.

Gabriele Originario has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the W San Francisco. He is the former Director of Operations at Emporio Rulli’s Bakery and General Manager of La Mar.

Thomas Gisler has been promoted to Director of Food and Beverage at Cornell University’s Statler Hotel in Ithaca. Since 2005, he had been serving as the Executive Chef. Gisler is the former Executive Chef at the Otesaga Resort.

Christian Maeder has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Setai Miami Beach. He had previously served as Food and Beverage Manager at the Four Seasons New York and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas.

David Duran has moved as Executive Director of Food and Beverage to the Bellagio. He was most recently the Director of Restaurants at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

David Garcelon has been promoted to Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the Waldorf=Astoria New York taking over from Abby Murtagh. He was most recently serving as Director of Culinary for the hotel.

Bianca Dusic has joined the Sydell Group as Corporate Director, Food and Beverage. She was most recently the Director of Operations at NeueHouse Los Angeles. Dusic is the former Food and Beverage Director of the Petit Ermitage and Soho House.

Alexandra Walterspiel‘s IMPRINT Hospitality has appointed Kevin Richeson Chief People Officer. Most recently, he was Chief People Officer at the SH Group and was part of launching both Baccarat Hotels & Resorts and 1 Hotels.

Stuart Thomson has been appointed Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at Kerzner International. He was most recently with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as Regional Director of Human Resources Middle East.

Allison Tourville has been named People and Development Director, West Coast at Soho House. She had previously served as Human Resources Director for Soho House New York before moving into the same role at the Chateau Marmont.

Mark Hyde has been named Director of Human Resources at the InterContinental San Francisco. He was most recently in the same role at the Holiday Inn Civic Center.

Marilyn Wineman has been named Director of Human Resources at the T-Bird Restaurant Group. She was most recently serving as Vice President Human Resources for Porto’s Bakery and Café.

Robin Kennedy has been appointed Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Development, at Montage Hotels & Resorts. She was most recently serving as Vice President, Acquisitions, at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust.

Valerie Ferguson has joined Disney as Director of Lodging – Experience, Planning and Integration. She is the former Vice President Operations for Denihan Hospitality and Vice President Brand Management at Loews Hotels.

Emily Shattan has been named Senior Director, Brand Management, for The James for the Denihan Hospitality Group. She is the former Associate Director, Global Partnerships, with Starwood Hotels & Resorts.

Manuel Saracho has been appointed Director of Strategic Accounts at Hyatt Hotels, based in Mexico City. Most recently, Saracho was the Director of Sales, Latin America, for Preferred Hotels and Resorts.

Mike Minchin has been named Chief Marketing Officer at Auberge Resorts. He was most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Maria Hirt has been named Director of Sales and Marketing at Eau Palm Beach Resort (the former Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach). She is the former Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Austin and the Four Seasons Lanai.

Corinthia Hotels has named Diane Parker Head of Sales-Eastern Region. She was previously the Director of Leisure Sales for Chicago and Toronto at the Trump Hotels Collection.

Dale Smith has been named Director of Sales and Marketing at the Andaz Peninsula Papagayo Resort. Smith was most recently the Director, Strategic Accounts- Americas, for Hyatt Hotels.

Tijs Klerx has moved as Director of Sales and Marketing to the W Miami. Klerx was most recently in the same role at the Viceroy Miami before it rebranding as W.

Marina Colunga has been named Director Sales and Marketing at the Mahekal Beach Resort in Playa del Carmen. She is the former Market Director of Sales and Marketing at Meliá Hotels International for Paradisus Resorts and the Reserve Resorts in the Dominican Republic.

Vincent de Croock has been named Director of Sales, Marketing and Events at the Hyatt Times Square New York. He was most recently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Hotel de L’Europe in Amsterdam.

Anne Janis has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hotel Granduca Houston. She is the former Regional Director of Sales with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Dallas and the Director of Sales at the Four Seasons Houston.

Susy Suescun has been named Director, Global Accounts, for Omni Hotels & Resorts. She was most recently the Director of Sales at the Four Seasons Westlake Village.

Ed Svitak is now in Illinois as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg. He was most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hilton Pasadena.

Marshall Jones has returned as Director of Sales and Marketing to the Fairmont San Jose. He had previously spent ten years in this same role before moving over to the Claremont Club & Spa to serve as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Deborah Pillatsch has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Westin Portland Harborview. She was most recently in the same position at the DoubleTree by Hilton South Portland. Pillatsch had previously served as Senior Sales Manager at the Providence Biltmore and the MGM Grand-Foxwoods.

Marina Colunga has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Mahekal Beach Resort in Playa Del Carmen. She most recently served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Paradisus Dominican Republic Resorts.

Rich Ramirez has been appointed Director of Sales at the Carneros Inn, a PlumpJack Resort in Napa. He was most recently with Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces as the Director of Global Sales Western & Mid-West Regions, based in San Francisco.

Heather McGuire has been appointed Director of Sales at River’s Edge Hotel & Spa in Portland. She was most recently serving as National Sales Director for the Skamania Resort and Lodge.

Nancy Williams has been appointed Director of Sales at Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina. Williams is the former Director of Sales and Marketing at the Renaissance St. Croix Carambola Beach Resort & Spa and at the Windward Passage Hotel.

The Four Seasons Santa Barbara Biltmore has named Marco Fossati Executive Chef, taking over from Alessandro Cartumini. Fossati is the former Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Palo Alto and Chef de Cuisine at the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh.

Manuel Peruyero has been named Executive Chef at the St. Regis Punta Mita. For the past four years, he had served as Executive Chef at the Westin Los Cabos Resort and Spa. He is the former Executive Chef at the Capella Pedregal Hotel and Resort.

Adam Sheff has been appointed Executive Chef at the Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa slated to open in September. He is the former Executive Sous Chef at the Park Hyatt New York.

At the Hay-Adams Washington, D.C., Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Legret is getting promoted to Executive Chef, taking over from Peter Schaffrath, who is retiring after 15 years on the job. Prior to joining the Hay-Adams in 2009, Legret had been the Chef de Cuisine at the Willard InterContinental.

Erik Gremmer has been named Executive Chef at Amanyara on Turks and Caicos. He is the former Executive Chef at the Six Senses Samui and the Oberoi Mauritius.

Stanley Miller is the new Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. He was most recently in the same role at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe.

Anthony Le Pape has been appointed Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. He was previously the Executive Chef of the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort and at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman.

Ernie Oliver has joined the Omni Hotel Jacksonville as Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Chef of the El Conquistador Resort & Las Casitas Resort, the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, and the Gran Meliá Golf Resort Puerto Rico.

Caroline Kolaja has been appointed Executive Pastry Chef at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel in Chicago. Kolaja was most recently Executive Pastry Chef at Epic Restaurant in Chicago.

Igor Morosowski has moved to the Four Seasons Jackson Hole as Director of Rooms. He was most recently in the same position at the Four Seasons Bora Bora.

Daniel Bendett has joined the newly-opened Four Seasons Oahu as General Manager of La Hiki Restaurant. The recent Lausanne MBA graduate was previously overseeing the wine program as Sommelier for The Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills.

Josh Kougl has joined the Thompson Playa del Carmen as General Manager of Catch. He had most recently overseen Culina at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.

Christian Pollock has moved as General Manager of Picasso in the Bellagio Las Vegas. He was most recently serving as General Manager of Jean-Georges Steakhouse in the Aria Resort & Casino.

Michael Ploetz is the new General Manager at Finn Town in San Francisco. He was most recently with the Peninsula Beverly Hills as Director of Food and Beverage.

Ryan Drushel is now in San Diego as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Loews Coronado. He was previously with the Pierre Hotel in New York.

The Four Seasons Dallas has promoted Ian Williams to Director of Rooms. He has been with the company for 18 years, joining the Dallas property in 2014 as Assistant Director of Rooms.

Rodrigo Ibanez has joined the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa as Director of Rooms. He was most recently in the same position at Terranea.

David Valencia has been promoted Director of Front Office at the InterContinental San Francisco. He is the former Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins.

Kendra DeLeon Monroe has been promoted to Front Office Manager at the InterContinental San Francisco. She was most recently serving the hotel as Assistant Front Office Manager and is the former Assistant Front Office Manager at the Hilton Bellevue.

Cecilia Hercik has been appointed Director of Spa at Miraval Resort & Spa. She was previously with C-SPA Consulting and served as Regional Director of Spa Operations for WTS International.

Darcie DeBartelo has been appointed Spa Director of SoSPA at the Sofitel Los Angeles. She was most recently serving as Spa Director with the St. Regis Monarch Beach.

 

EUROPE

 

Didier Le Calvez has been named Chief Executive Officer of the Michel Reybier Group and taken on the post of Managing Director of La Réserve Paris, succeeding Frédéric Picard. Le Calvez was most recently with the Oetker Collection as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Le Bristol Paris.

Luca Allegri has been appointed General Manager at Le Bristol Paris. Allegri is the former Managing Director of Hotels, Restaurants and Spas at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.

Anne Legrand has been promoted from the position of General Manager at the Mariott Paris Champs Elysées to that of General Manager of London’s St. Pancras Renaissance.

Sam Aziz has been appointed General Manager at Tylney Hall Hotel & Gardens in Hampshire. He is the former General Manager of Alveston Manor Hotel & Spa and the Swan’s Nest Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Jonathan Walker has been appointed General Manager at No. 15 Great Pulteney in Bath, slated to open in September. He is the former Operations Director at the Hotel Collection.

Stephen Carter has been appointed General Manager at the Old Course Hotel in St. Andrews. He is the former Managing Director at Cameron House on Loch Lomond.

Shaun Treacy has been named President – the Americas, for Millennium & Copthorne. He was previously the Senior Vice President Operations, Americas & Europe, for Rosewood. Prior to joining Rosewood, Treacy had been the Senior Vice President of Product and Brand Design for Hyatt.

Paul Skinner has returned to the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London in the new position of Director of Operations. He had previously been the Director of Food and Beverage at the hotel from 2003 to 2006. Since 2014 Skinner had been serving as Director of Rooms at the Langham London, after joining the hotel in 2009 as Director of Food and Beverage.

Christophe Galvin has been appointed Food and Beverage Senior Manager at Disneyland Paris. He was previously with Groupe Bertrand as Food and Beverage General Manager and Director of Operations.

Christophe Delabarre has been named Director of Food and Beverage at Hotel de L’Europe in Amsterdam. He was previously with the Steigenberger Wiltcher in Brussels in the same position.

Simon Whitely has joined the Devonshire Club in London as Director of Food and Beverage. He was most recently serving as Executive Chef at Coworth Park.

Roberto De Vivo has been appointed Food and Beverage Manager at The Cavendish in London. He was most recently at the neighboring Dukes Hotel.

Drew Clarke has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at the Four Seasons Budapest Gresham Palace taking over from Fouad Shafik. Clarke had been serving as Director of Sales for the hotel since 2012.

Kashyap Gohil has been appointed Vice President, Global Development and Planning, at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in London. He was most recently with Westmont Hospitality Group.

Nicola Johnson has been appointed Director of Global Business Development at the Jumeirah Group in London. She was most recently with Lux Hotels and Resorts in the UK Global Sales Office.

Dorothée Laffont has been promoted Complex Director of Revenue Management – Central Paris, at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She is the former Director of Revenue Management at Le Méridien Etoile.

Audrey Seigne Saade has been named Regional Revenue Manager – Midscale and Upscale Hotels London, at AccorHotels. She was most recently the Revenue and Reservations Manager for Pullman London.

Ariane Persin has been appointed Director of Revenue Optimization at La Réserve Genève. She was previously at the Mandarin Oriental Geneva as Director of Reservations and Revenue Management.

Adam Smith has been appointed Executive Chef at the Dorchester Collection Coworth Park, taking over from Simon Whitely. For the past three years, Smith had served in the same role at the Devonshire Arms in Bolton Abbey.

Peyton and Byrne has appointed Lawrence Keogh as Executive Chef at Kew Gardens. For the past four years, he had served as Head Chef at the Wolseley.

The Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine has named Marc Segarra Sauné Executive Chef. He was most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef at the Hotel Torralbenc, on the Spanish island of Menorca.

Vincent Poulingue has been named Deputy General Manager at the InterContinental Geneva. He was recently the General Manager of Hotel Indigo Paris Opera.

Fouad Shafik has moved as Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Budapest Gresham Palace, taking over from Mohamed Zakaria who had relocated to Kuwait City. Shafik was most recently serving the hotel as Director of Sales and Marketing. He had previously served in the same position at the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh.

Hugo Nieuwenhuijs has been promoted to Director of Rooms at the Four Seasons Hampshire. He was most recently serving the hotel as Assistant Director of Rooms.

Jean-Marie Kouyoumji has been promoted Front of House Manager at the Peninsula Paris. For the past two years he had served as Deputy Front Office Manager.

 

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

 

Rainer Stampfer takes over from William Mackay as President, Hotel Operations-APAC in Singapore. Stampfer has been with the company since 2001, most recently serving as Regional Vice President and General Manager at the Four Seasons Shanghai, Pudong.

Henry Gray has joined Six Senses Hotels and Resorts as Vice President Operations. He had previously spent 23 years with Aman Resorts.

Eric Kee has been appointed General Manager at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya. He was most recently the General Manager of the Pan Pacific, Xiamen.

Jan-Hendrik Meidinger has been appointed General Manager at the Excelsior Hong Kong, taking over from Michael Ziemer. Meidinger was most recently the General Manager of the Park Hyatt Saigon.

Jeremy Healy has been appointed General Manager of the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour in New Zealand. He was most recently with the Como Melbourne MGallery by Sofitel as General Manager.

Jose Alberto Ocasio has been appointed General Manager of the Mövenpick Resort Boracay in the Philippines slated to open next month. He had previously served as General Manager for Banyan Tree Hotel and Resorts in Seoul, Maldives, and Phuket.

Pedro Mendes has been appointed General Manager at Premier Inn Singapore Beach Road. Mendes had previously served as cluster General Manager for Premier Inn, handling six hotels in London.

Tracy Stoltz has been appointed Hotel Manager at the Westin Maui. She is the former Director of Rooms at the Sheraton Waikiki Resort and Director of Operations at the Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas.

Leona Wong has been appointed Director of Human Resources at the Eaton Hong Kong. She was previously the Human Resources Manager of the Hong Kong Club.

Laura Hauser is the new Director of Leisure Sales, Western Region, for the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. She was most recently at Kauai’s Koa Kea in a similar role.

Matthew Bennink has been named Executive Chef at the Kerry Hotel Hong Kong. He was most recently the Executive Chef at the Shangri-La Bangkok.

Kristen Whyly has moved to the newly opened Four Seasons O’ahu as Director of Rooms. Whyly was most recently in the same position with the Four Seasons Maui.

Adam Suchodolski has been promoted to Assistant Director of Rooms and joined the Four Seasons Maui. He was most recently serving as Guest Services Manager at the Four Seasons Boston.

Simon Casson takes over from Christian Clerc as President, Hotel Operations – EMEA for Four Seasons. Casson has been with the company since 1989, most recently overseeing the Four Seasons Dubai.

Arnaud Bamvens has moved to the Palais Namaskar in Marrakech as General Manager, replacing Laurent Branover who left a few months ago to join La Réserve Lausanne as General Manager. For the past six years, Bamvens has been overseeing the Naoura Barriere Hotel and Riads in Marakkech.

Frédéric Chrétien is now at the St. Regis Mauritius as Resort Manager. He was most recently overseeing the Aiyana Pemba in Zanzibar.

Dimitrios Kotsifakos has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. He had previously served in similar roles at the Westin Abu Dhabi and at the Sheraton Grand Doha.

George Safi has been named Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Kuwait at Burj Alshaya, slated to open late 2016. He is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the Hotel President Wilson Geneva and Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay.

Emil Nilsson has been appointed Director of Sales at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. He had previously been with the Dusit Thani Maldives, overseeing sales and marketing.
