THE AMERICAS

• Aimbridge Hospitality has named Michael Deitemeyer Chief Executive Officer. He takes over from Dave Johnson who moves into the newly created role of Executive Chairman. Deitemeyer was most recently serving as Global President. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Interstate Hotels and Resorts.
• Vera Manoukian has joined Sonesta International Hotels as Chief Operating Officer. Manoukian was most recently the Global Brand Head for Hilton Worldwide Holdings. She is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Denihan Hospitality and Senior Vice President of Operations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
• Benjamin Duvergé has returned to San Francisco as General Manager of the Clift Royal Sonesta Hotel. He had previously served as General Manager of the Marker San Francisco before taking on his most recent role as General Manager of The Liberty Hotel in Boston.
• Sunny Joseph has been named General Manager of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle. He spent the past two and a half years as General Manager of the Fairmont Palliser. Joseph was previously with the Fairmont Royal York as Hotel Manager.
• Donald Lenahan has joined the Grand View Lodge, Spa and Golf Resort in Nisswa as General Manager. He was most recently the Hotel Manager of the Westin Kansas City and the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center. Lenahan is the former Director of Hotel Operations of the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage and General Manager of Ritz-Carlton’s Amelia Island Equity Club.
• Matt Barba has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at Charlestowne Hotels. He had previously served the company as Regional Director of Operations. Barba is the former General Manager of the Charlestowne-managed Deer Path Inn.
• Jay Sheldon has been appointed General Manager of the Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester. He had previously served as General Manager of the Omni Richmond Hotel as well as Director of Operations and Hotel Manager for the Omni Fort Worth.
• Drew Hayden has been appointed General Manager of the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel. He has been with Marriott International for more than 31 years, most recently as General Manager of the Houston Marriott West Loop by the Galleria and the Director of Hotel Operations at the Houston Marriott Airport.
• Kurt Englund has joined the Mosaic Hotel Group as Director of Hotel Operations. He was most recently with the Colony Palms Hotel as General Manager. He also had an 18-year career with Four Seasons.
• Coni Thornburg is now the Managing Director of the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa. She is the former General Manger of Rancho Valencia and Calistoga Ranch. She takes over from Alex Kim who left in May to become President of the Enchantment Group.
• Koji Akaboshi has been named General Manager of the Seagate Hotel & Spa. He had been with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for over 23 years, most recently as Hotel Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club.
• Sage Patel has been promoted to newly created role of Corporate Director of Capital Strategies at the PM Hotel Group in Chevy Chase. He joined the company in 2018 as Senior Financial Analyst-Office of the President.
• Zoltan Payerli has been appointed General Manager of the Nobu Hotel Chicago. He is the former Director of Rooms of the Conrad Chicago.
• Stephan Coudon has joined the Kimpton Aluna Tulum as General Manager. He was most recently with the Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos as General Manager. Coudon is the former General Manager of the Presidente InterContinental Puebla and Holiday Inn Express Puebla.
• Jim Chester has moved to the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa in San Diego as General Manager. He was most recently in the same role at sister hotel the Bahia Resort Hotel.
• Justin Garner has joined the World Equestrian Center as Director of Hotel & Hospitality Operations. He had previously been with Hilton Hotels for 7 years as Director of Food and Beverage at the Hilton Orlando and the Hilton Austin.
• David Cronin has moved as General Manager to the W Nashville slated to open early 2021. He was most recently with the W Scottsdale as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the W Minneapolis − The Foshay, Le Méridien Chambers Minneapolis and Marriott Stanton South Beach.
• Andrey Gomez has been appointed Managing Director of Islas Secas in Panama. He was most recently General Manager of Morgan’s Rock Ecolodge.
• David Bodette has been joined the Hotel Contessa in San Antonio as General Manager. He was most recently the General Manager of the St. Kate Arts Hotel. Bodette is the former Managing Director of the Queen Mary for Evolution Hospitality and General Manager of Gurney’s Newport Resort & Marina in Rhode Island.
• Jennifer Porter has joined Commonwealth Hotels as Vice President of Operations. She was most recently the Vice President of Operations at Winegardner and Hammons/Pyramid Hotels.
• Arjun Channa has been appointed General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas. He was most recently the General Manager of the Westin Calgary and the former Hotel Manager of the Sheraton Centre Toronto.
• The Aloft Milwaukee Downtown has named Mat Meadows General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront and the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport.
• Kimberly Murray has been appointed General Manager of the Westin Memphis Beale Street. She is the former General Manager of the Embassy Suites Memphis and National Sales Manager for MGM Resorts.
• Ash Bhasin has been named General Manager of the Pendry Manhattan West, slated to open in 2021. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the Hotel Indigo Lower East Side. Bhasin is the former General Manager of the Cachet Boutique Hotel and SIXTY SoHo, as well as hotel manager at Trump SoHo Hotel & Condominiums.
• Greg Naylor has been appointed President of Nayco Hospitality. He was most recently with Hard Rock International as Director – Worldwide Sales – Hotels & Casinos.
• The Whiteface Lodge has named Joe Giannino General Manager. He was most recently with IMH Columbia as Operations/Asset Manager. Prior, he was the Area General Manager with Modus Hotels in Washington D.C. and the General Manager for the Latham in Georgetown.
• Tyler John has joined the Last Hotel St. Louis as General Manager. He was most recently in San Francisco as Area General Manager for TPG Hotels and Resorts.
• Clarita Parra has moved down the coast to join the Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara as Director of Operations. She was most recently the Rooms Division Executive at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay and the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain.
• Bruno Roulleux has moved to the Park House Dallas as Director of Operations. He was most recently in the same role at the Loews Hotel Dallas/Fort Worth. He also once was the Director of Food and Beverage of the Trump International Chicago.
• Luis Lujan has been named Director of Operations for Auberge Resorts Collection in Los Cabos. He was most recently the Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage of the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco after joining the property in 2015 as Executive Chef. Lujan was previously with the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman as Executive Sous Chef.
• Judy McDonagh has been named Director of Finance of the Montage Healdsburg. She was most recently in the same position at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe.
• Anna Rozpiatkowska has moved as Assistant Director of Finance to the Langham Chicago. She was most recently in the same role for Omni Hotels & Resorts in Chicago and the former Assistant Director of Finance at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago.
• Tysen Gregersen has joined the Montage Healdsburg as Director of Engineering. He was most recently in the same role at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe.
• Sébastien Dental has joined Las Ventanas Al Paraiso, A Rosewood Resort as Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage. He was most recently in a similar role at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. Dental is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the Sofitel Moorea Ia Ora Beach Resort.
• Kris Furniss has been named Director of Food and Beverage of the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa Avon. Furness is the former Owner of Caviar & Bananas in Charleston. 
• Bill Haley has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage of the Hotel Cerro in San Luis Obispo. Most recently, Haley was the General Manager of Tin City in Paso Robles.
• Kevin Holtzman has joined the Fairmont Grand Del Mar to oversee food and beverage. He was most recently the Director of Rooms of the Montage Palmetto Bluff. Holtzman is the former Front Office Manager and Director of Guest Services at the Four Seasons Boston.
• Brian Crawford has joined the Kimpton Sawyer in Sacramento General Manager-Food and Beverage. He was most recently Area General Manager – Restaurants and Bars – for the Kimpton Hotel Vintage and the Kimpton Hotel Monaco.
• Tom Riley has been named Chief Development Officer for Our Town Hospitality Hotels and Resorts.  Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Development for Remington Hotels. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Kimpton Hotels. 
• Tim Brown has been named Chief Development Officer at Great Wolf Resorts. He was most recently Global Head of Construction for Hyatt Hotels.
• Jamey Cua has been named Vice President, Business Development, at Peachtree Hospitality Management. He was most recently with Sage Hospitality as Senior Vice President.
• Lori Gustafson has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Brand and Digital Strategy Officer for Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Orlando. Gustafson was most recently the Senior Vice President, Global Brands and Digital, for Wyndham Destinations.
• William Kamaka has been named Director of People at the Montage Healdsburg. He was most recently with the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe as Director of Human Resources.
• Theresa Amaya has been named Director of Human Resources of the Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas. She is the former Director of Human Resources of the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego and the W Austin.
• Lindsay Logsdon has been promoted to Chief Culture Officer at LOGE Camps. She was previously the Vice President of People.
• Jonathan Kaplan has been promoted to Vice President of Americas Sales at the InterContinental Hotels Group. He was most recently serving as Vice President of Global Sales Strategy.
• Tamara Laster takes over from Jonathan Kaplan with her promotion to Vice President, Global Sales Strategy at the InterContinental Hotels Group. Laster was most recently serving as Head of Corporate Travel.
• Dana Orlando has been appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Grand Hotel in Mackinac Island. Most recently, she served as opening General Manager at the Hotel Distil, Autograph Collection, in Louisville.
• Denise Florio has been appointed Director of Sales, Marketing and Events of the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino. She was most recently with Hyatt Hotels as the Corporate Director of Learning & Development. Florio is the former Director of Sales, Events and Marketing, of the Hyatt Regency Greenwich.
• Javier Marquis has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing of the AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach, slated to open next year. Marquis was most recently as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Betsy.
• Christian Hellot has joined the Sonesta LAX as Director of Sales and Marketing. Hellot is the former Director of Sales and Marketing of the Crowne Plaza LAX and the Embassy Suites Mandalay Beach Hotel & Resort. Hellot also spent time in the Middle East as Opening Director of Sales and Marketing for the Jumeirah Creekside in Dubai, and as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for Accor.
• Parool Shahm has been appointed Vice President of Global Brand Public Relations at Marriott International. She was most recently with Canyon Ranch as Vice President of Brand Communications. Shahm is the former Global Director of Public Relations, Americas, for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
• Mark Andelbradt has joined the soon-to-open Pendry West Hollywood as Executive Chef. He was most recently Executive Chef at Wolfgang Puck‘s Spago at the Bellagio Resort & Casino.
• Jason Adams has joined the Mansion on Forsyth Park as Consulting Executive Chef. He was most recently at the Monarch Beach Resort as Executive Chef. Adams is the former Executive Chef of the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, the Four Seasons Nevis, and the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach.
• Shant Halajian has been appointed Executive Chef at The Glenmark, Glendale. He previously worked at the French Laundry and was a Sous Chef at Carousel in Glendale.
• Tanner Marino has been appointed Executive Chef of the Hotel Hartness opening in 2022 in Greenville. He was most recently with the Westin Chattanooga where he served as Executive Chef. He is the former Chef de Cuisine at Devereaux’s and held similar positions with the Hyatt Regency Greenville and the Umstead Hotel and Spa.
• The Inn at Laurel Point has named Ken Nakano Executive Chef. He is the former Executive Chef of the Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver, the Rosewood Hotel Georgia, and the Hotel Fairmont Empress.
• The Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas named Claudette Zepeda Executive Chef. Most recently, Zepeda was Executive Chef and Partner at El Jardín in San Diego.
• The Daxton Hotel Birmingham has named Garrison Price Executive Chef. He was most recently the Executive Chef and Culinary Director of New York City’s Il Fiorista. He also served as Executive Chef at Manhattan’s il Buco Alimentari e Vineria and Culinary Director for Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
• Thad Crennen has joined the Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio as Executive Chef. He was most recently the Executive Chef at the Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol.
• Juan Peña has been appointed Chef de Cuisine at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. He was most recent the Chef de Cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta. Peña is the former Chef de Cuisine at the Fern Restaurant in the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort.
• Christina Kaelberer has been named Pastry Chef at The Quin in Boston. She was most recently the Corporate Pastry Chef for the Headington Companies and the Joule Dallas.
• Gary Russell has been promoted to Wine Director at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. He joined the resort in 2017 as Sommelier.
• Luke Bjorn has joined La Goulue in Palm Beach as General Manager. He is the former Senior Regional Manager at Stone Brewing. Bjoin is the former Managing Director at 1000 North, Assistant Food and Beverage Director of Nobu Eden Roc Hotel, General Manager of the Nobu Dubai, and General Manager of Nobu Waikiki. 
• Marco Zeffiro has been promoted at the One&Only Palmilla to Director of Rooms. He joined the resort last year as Rooms Division Manager. Zeffiro is the former Director of Rooms of the W Costa Rica Reserva Conchal and the Mukul Beach, Golf and Spa.
• Vesna Derviskadic is now in Telluride with the Madeline Hotel & Residences as Director of Housekeeping. She had previously overseen housekeeping for the Montage Laguna Beach and the Mandarin Oriental New York.

EUROPE

• Jonathan Mills has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for Choice Hotels Europe. He was previously with Wyndham Destinations as Managing Director of Resorts Condominiums International.
• Nevius Glussi has joined the Trinity Hospitality Group as Chief Executive Officer. He was most recently the Director of Development for LVMH Hotel Management and the former Senior Corporate Director of Development with the Rosewood Hotel Group.
• Pierre-Louis Renoux has been named Regional Vice President and Managing Director of the Fairmont Monte Carlo. He will succeed Xavier Rugeroni who is retiring after 13 years. Renoux was most recently the General Manager of the Hotel Majestic in Cannes. From Monte Carlo, he will also supervise other properties in the region.
• Charles Richez takes over from Pierre-Louis Renoux as General Manager of the Hotel Majestic. Richez was most recently overseeing sister property, the Gray d’Albion.
• Charles de Resseguier is now the pre-opening General Manager of Alboran Bordeaux. He had previously been the General Manager of the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa after joining the resort in 2015 as Executive Assistant Manager.
• Hom Parviz has joined the Grande Bretagne Athens and the King George as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Hyatt Belgrade.
• Mark Oidtmann takes over from Robert van Heeswijk with his promotion to General Manager at HUP Hotel and Sport in Mierlo. Oidtmann was most recently serving the hotel as Operations Manager.
• Nathalie Rosbergen has been appointed General Manager of the Carlton Oasis Hotel in Spijkenisse, Netherlands. She was most recently with the Carlton Beach Hotel in The Hague.
• Ellen de Boer has been appointed General Manager of the Carlton Beach Hotel. She was most recently in the same position at the Carlton Ambassador.
• The Hyatt Regency Belgrade has named Michael Shannon General Manager. He was most recently with the Hyatt Hotels Zurich regional office as Regional Vice President, Hotel Openings.
• Walter Pint has joined the Lübeck Bay Arborea Marina Resort Neustadt in Germany. He was most recently the Regional Manager for Allsun Hotels in Spain.
• Tobias Halama has joined the Adina Westend Frankfurt as General Manager. He is the former Director of Rooms and interim Hotel Manager of the Kameha Grand Bonn.
• Sandra Wiegmann is now managing the IntercityHotel Kassel, replacing Petra Bantle. Since 2016, Wiegmann has been serving as Revenue Manager and Head of Reservations at the Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Heringsdorf.
• Eyüp Babür is now with Elite World Hotels as Chief Executive Officer. He was most recently with Shaza Hotels as Director Turkey & CIS.
• Nikolaus Kunz has joined the IntercityHotel Erfurt, taking over from Jürgen Kramer. Kunz was most recently the General Manager of the Azimut Hotel Nuremberg.
• Stefano Michetti has joined the Galleria Vik Milano as General Manager. He is the former Front of House Manager and Sales Account Director at Dorchester Collections’ Hotel Principe Di Savoia.
• Ilario Botta has joined the Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina as General Manager. He was most recently in the same post at the Radisson Blu Bamako.
• Arnaud Payet is now overseeing the Hôtel du Joli Bois in Cassis. He was most recently the General Manager of the Hôtel la Residence du Vieux Port. Payet is the former Hotel Manager of Alpaga in Megève.
• Robert van Heeswijk has been appointed Product & Project Development Manager at the Carlton Hotel Collection in the Netherlands. He was most recently the General Manager at HUP Hotel and Sport, also in the Netherlands.
• Olivier Macpherson has been appointed Regional Finance Director for Choice Hotels Europe, based in Amsterdam. He was most recently the Regional Finance Director for Michael Page International in Northern Europe and Germany.
• Olivier Bihel has been promoted at the Oetker Collection to Senior Head of Projects and Interior Design. Since 2012, he had been serving as Head of Projects. Bihel is the former Head of Projects at Le Bristol Paris.
• Daniela Schade has been appointed Chief Commercial and Distribution Officer for Deutsche Hospitality. She is a former Managing Director of Accor Hotels Germany.
• Nicolas Streff has joined Belmond as Global Brand and Corporate Communications Director in London. Streff was most recently Brand Director – Hennessy Prestige for Moët Hennessy.
• Sam Barrell has been named Director of Business Development at Kew Green Hotels. He was most recently Development Manager for UK and Ireland at the InterContinental Hotel Group.
• Isabell Fuss has been promoted to Group Vice President of Development at Ruby Hotels & Resorts in Munich. She was most recently serving as Group Director, Development. Julian Mörs takes over her former role of Group Director Development.
• Paul Chevalier has been named Vice President Château d’Esclans at Moët Hennessy USA. He was most recently the Vice President National Fine Wine Director with Shaw-Ross International Importers. Chevalier is the former Winemaker at Champagne Veuve Clicquot.
• Sabina Wyss di Corrado has been named Vice President of Development – Europe – at Interstate Hotels & Resorts Europe. She was most recently with the PPHE Hotel Group as Vice President, Acquisitions & Development.
• Nicole Turnhout-Ammerlaan has joined Interstate Hotels & Resorts Europe as Vice President Operations – Western Europe. She was most recently serving as Area General Manager and General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Hotel Amsterdam.
• Christina Deeny has been appointed Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing for the Auberge Resorts Collection, based in London. Deeny is the former Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the SANGHA Retreat by OCTAVE Institute, Head of Global Sales, Distribution & Revenue Management at Aman Resorts, and Regional Sales Director – Europe & Middle East – for Belmond.
• Lee Morgan has been appointed Sales Director at Louvre Hotels Group in London. He is the former Group Sales Director at Black and White Hospitality, Fairview Hotels, and Regional Sales Manager, South (UK), Ireland and Prague at Jurys Inn Hotel Group.
• Samuel Berne has joined La Folie Douce Hotels Chamonix as Director of Sales, Marketing and Communication. He had just completed a short stint as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Hôtel Négresco in Nice.
• Paul Netherwood has been appointed Area Revenue Manager, UK for Louvre Hotels Group in London. He was most recently with Sunrise Senior Living overseeing revenue projects. Netherwood had previously served in similar roles at Black and White Hospitality, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, and Kew Green Hotels.
• Shireen Rowley has been appointed Sales Manager of the INNSiDE Newcastle. Rowley was most recently the Director of Business Development at the Sandman Newcastle Hotel.

ASIA AND THE PACIFIC

• Alex Porteous is the new General Manager at the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur. He has been with the company for over 27 years, most recently as General Manager of the Four Seasons Kyoto.
• Nicholas Dumbell has been appointed General Manager of the St. Regis Mumbai. The Cornell graduate was most recently leading the team at the Renaissance and Marriott Executive Apartments, Mumbai.
• Emmanuel Richardet has been named General Manager of the St. Regis Bora Bora. He was most recently the General Manager of the Westin Turtle Bay Mauritius. He is the former General Manager of the Westin Paris Vendôme.
• The Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has named Michael Moriarty Managing Director. After 14 years with the Walt Disney Company, he was most recently with Hasbro as Managing Director of Hasbro Far East and Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing.
• The Mandarin Oriental Pudong has named Martin Cramer General Manager. He most recently managed the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.
• Tom Rutherford has been named Regional Director – Indochina – and General Manager at Amansara. He was most recently the General Manager at Amantaka.
• Christiane Ferger has been promoted to General Manager of the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, taking over from Steve Dewire. Ferger had joined the hotel in 2012 as Executive Assistant Manager Rooms in 2012 before being promoted in 2019 to Hotel Manager.
• Rajesh Namby has been appointed General Manager of The Lodhi in New Delhi. He is the former General Manager of The Leela Palace Udaipur, and Resident Manager of The Leela Palace Chanakyapuri.
• Tim Bilfinger has been named General Manager of the Six Senses Zil Pasyon. He is the former General Manager of Nirjhara in Bali.
• Subash Basrur has joined the Courtyard by Marriott Penang as General Manager. Basrur is the former General Manager of the Sheraton Haikou Resort, the Palazzo Versace in Queensland, and the Sheraton Huizhou Beach Resort.
• Shobhit Sawhney has been named General Manager of the Park Hyatt Hyderabad. He is the former General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Pune.
• Murray Aitken has been appointed General Manager of the Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast in Malaysia. He is the former General Manager of the Six Senses Duxton and the Six Senses Maxwell in Singapore.
• The Hilton Kota Kinabalu has named Andrew Nisbet General Manager. He is the former Cluster General Manager for the Hilton Hanoi Opera and the Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi.
• Raj Jadhav has joined the Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu as General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in Mombasa and the Radisson Lampung Kedaton.
• Ashley Lai has been appointed General Manager of the Sheraton Samui Resort. She is the former General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap.
• Sarah Moya has been appointed Complex General Manager for the Anantara Quy Nhon Villas and the Avani Quy Nhon Resort. She is the former General Manager of the Anantara Angkor Resort.
• Emanuel Grosch has been appointed General Manager of the Anantara Lawana Samui Resort in Thailand. He is the former Resort Manager of the Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort and the Anantara Bophut Samui Resort.
• Stephan Moonen has been named General Manager of the Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort in Sri Lanka. He was most recently the General Manager of the Avani+ Khao Lak Resort. Moonen is the former General Manager of the London Marriott Park Lane.
• Chin Norathepkitti has been appointed General Manager of the Anantara Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap. Most recently, he was Cluster General Manager overseeing the Sofitel Luang Prabang and 3 Nagas Luang Prabang, Laos.
• May Fellores is now in Hawaii as Director of Operations of the Hotel LaCroix Waikiki. She was most recently with the Wagner at the Battery in New York as Director of Rooms. Fellores was in a similar role at the W New York – Union Square.
• Renuka Ramanathan has been named Executive Assistant Manager- Rooms of the Patina Hotel Maldives. She was most recently with Alila Hotels in Jakarta in a similar post. She is the former Director of Operations of the Thompson Hotel Chicago.
• Sandro Gamba has joined the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo as Executive Chef. He is the former Director of Culinary Operations at Rosewood Hong Kong and Executive Chef of the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong. Gamba once was the Executive Chef of the Four Seasons Westlake.
• Gérald Genson has been promoted at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur to Executive Chef. He was most recently serving as Executive Sous Chef.
• Christian Pedersen has been appointed Executive Chef of the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. He was most recently the Executive Chef of the Six Senses Zil Pasyon.
• Antonio Corsaro has joined La Scala in the Sukhothai Shanghai as Chef de Cuisine. He was most recently the Senior Sous Chef at BBR restaurant in Raffles Singapore.

MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA

• Savino Leone has been named General Manager of the Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. He was most recently the General Manager of the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers. Leone is the former General Manager of the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa, the InterContinental Osaka, and the Crowne Plaza Doha – The Business Park.
• Samir Messaoudi has joined the Sheraton Oman as General Manager. He was most recently the Hotel Manager of the JW Marriott Marquis Doha.
• The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, has named Fadeel Wehbe General Manager. He is the former General Manager of the Fairmont Amman and the Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
• Naif Zureikat has joined the Waldorf Astoria The Palm as General Manager. He is the former Cluster General Manager for the Hilton Habtoor Grand and the Hilton Metropolitan.
• Vincent Moreau has been named Director of Food and Beverage of the Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage of the Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island.
• Tom Kooij has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. He is the former Food and Beverage Manager of the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong.
• Ludovic Simon is the new Director of Food and Beverage of the Carlton Tower Jumeirah. Simon is the former Director of Food and Beverage of the Hotel Martinez and the Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh.
• Rahil Khan has been promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, in Muscat. He joined the hotel in 2016 as Director of Sales.
